Behind the Scenes at Our Costco Langley Therapy Day
We recently had the opportunity to spend the day with the team at Costco Langley for a Pain Free Health Therapy Day!
It was a chance for our team to step outside the clinic, connect with Costco staff, and bring movement and wellness support directly into their workplace.
From setting up for the day to meeting employees and providing hands-on care, here’s a closer look at what our Costco Langley Therapy Day was all about.
Bringing Wellness Into the Workplace
Busy workdays can place different physical demands on the body. Depending on the job, employees may spend long periods standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, or performing repetitive movements.
Workplace wellness events provide an opportunity to bring health and movement conversations directly to employees in an environment that is convenient and familiar to them.
Our Therapy Day at Costco Langley gave our team the opportunity to connect with employees and share a little of what we do at Pain Free Health.
Connecting With the Costco Langley Team
One of our favourite parts of the day was simply getting to meet and interact with the Costco Langley staff.
Rather than waiting until someone visits a clinic, community and workplace events give healthcare professionals another way to connect with people and encourage greater awareness of movement, physical health, and available care options.
We were happy to spend some time supporting the people who keep Costco Langley moving every day.
